Meet The Mueller Team
It’s easy for Kristin and Tim Mueller to sell the area because they were sold on Moore County before making it their home. “Our family used to vacation down here when we lived up North,” recalls Kristin. In 2006, she, Tim and their then-young daughter and son “traded in the gray, snowy winters of the Northeast for the warm, sunny climate of Pinehurst.” It was the best move ever. “I really think Moore County is a well-kept secret, a hidden gem,” says Kristin. “There is so much to do, whether you golf or not, and it really is such a wonderful area to raise kids.”

I was living in Morehead City and had just accepted a job in Pinehurst. I had rented a home, but one week prior to my move, the rental fell through. I met Kristin via an online source. She found me a rental in a safe neighborhood I had never set foot in... in a place that I had no idea what I was getting into. She listened to what I wanted, and presented options for me. She answered questions, and most likely answered questions that some may have felt uncomfortable with, but were critical to assuring me of my choice of where to live. I have not been disappointed. In other words, she is true to her word. Since, I have been looking for something more permanent. In my time working with Kristin, she has always given me way more effort than what I deserve. What can I say? You couldn't find a better real estate agent than Kristin to sell your home. As a first time home seller, I was anxious about choosing the right agent, but from our first meeting, Kristin put my mind at ease. She was friendly, professional, patient, and walked me through every step of the selling process. When it came to knowing the market and pricing, Kristin was spot on - I received the first offer within hours of listing on MLS.If you are looking for an agent who will put you first, Kristin is it! In spite of having other clients, Kristin makes you feel like you are her only priority. She was very responsive to calls and questions, and made herself available at all hours of the day and night. I honestly don't when she found time to sleep.When it comes to negotiating a contract, Kristin is tough as nails! Don't let her mild demeanor fool you. Kristin Mueller was my Realtor for nearly a year; not because it took her that long to sell my townhome but because it took my husband and I, and our HOA that long to fix all the problems associated with our townhome. Sometimes it is hard for an owner to spend money in order to make money.
When we had our townhome in great shape after having taken if off the market for several months I called Kristin and asked her if she wanted to try again. She was really excited that I called and assured me that she wanted to try again.
Well… the house sold for more than the asking price the day we put it on the market! In fact we got a backup offer a few days later!!! Certainly a lot of circumstances had to fall into place to make this happen but Kristin stuck with us and gave sound advice. We got the price we wanted to buy the house we wanted.
We appreciate all that Kristin did for us and would recommend her highly however I will not be using her again. I love my new home and hope I don’t leave it for a long, long time.

We loved Kristin the moment we met her. She was professional, knowledgeable and listened to us. We knew we had made the right choice. Kristin worked with us, not for us. Kristin went over and beyond what most agents do. When we told her what we would like to start out asking price, she did not laugh, discourage us, she said “let’s go for it.” We did, and we almost got asking price, just $10,000 under. Other agent a year or so would not listen or even consider our asking price. She was just interested in the comps! Kristin sold our house in 6 days!!! We were in shock and had to move fast. Kristin Mueller was a top notch realtor, and now we call her friend and neighbor. We are a military family who did not live local to the community. We came down to Southern Pines twice and viewed over 32 homes in a collective 3 days. She was amazing and understood our wants and needs immediately.
